All deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment date and time. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can schedule a touch-up if needed. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and completed services are non-refundable. Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days.
