While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, about the completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of services, pricing, or scheduling.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Booking & Service Reservation
A reservation deposit is required to secure all service appointments.
• Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis
• Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is received
• Deposit is applied toward total service balance
Val’s Cleanup LLC reserves the right to release unconfirmed appointments.
2. Deposit & Non-Refundable Policy
Reservation deposits are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
• This deposit secures dedicated service time and scheduling availability.
• Deposits may be transferred to one future appointment when rescheduling is requested within the cancellation policy time frame.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for appointment changes.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service will result in deposit forfeiture
• One courtesy reschedule may be granted when notice is provided within required time-frame
• Additional reschedules may require new deposit
4. No-Show & Access Policy
Failure to provide access to the property at scheduled service time will be considered a no-show.
No-Shows include:
• Client not present when required
• Locked property / denied entry
• Utilities not available for service
Result:
• Deposit forfeited
• New deposit required to re book
5. Payment Terms
Remaining service balance is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Val’s Cleanup LLC reserves the right to pause or decline future services for unpaid balances.
6. Property Conditions & Safety
Clients agree to disclose prior to service:
• Biohazards
• Mold
• Pest infestations
• Hoarding or hazardous environments
Val’s Cleanup LLC reserves the right to:
• Adjust pricing if home condition differs from booking description
• Refuse or discontinue service if safety risks are present
7. Satisfaction & Service Quality
If service concerns arise, client must notify Val’s Cleanup LLC within 24 hours of service completion.
At our discretion, we may offer a corrective touch-up service.
8. Damages & Liability
Val’s Cleanup LLC is insured.
• Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours
• Pre-existing damage must be disclosed before service
Val’s Cleanup LLC is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Improperly installed fixtures or surfaces
9. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Val’s Cleanup LLC reserves the right to refuse or stop service if:
• Environment is unsafe
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior occurs
• Terms of agreement are violated
10. Pricing Adjustments
Pricing may be adjusted if:
• Square footage differs from booking details
• Service scope changes
• Add-on services are requested
• Excessive buildup or condition requires extended labor
11. Service Guarantee & Professional Commitment
Val’s Cleanup LLC is committed to professionalism, discretion, and high-quality service delivery.
12. Client Agreement
By booking services, client confirms they:
• Understand deposit and cancellation policies
• Agree to payment terms
• Authorize service at property location
• Accept these Terms of Service
