To ensure the best experience for every client, please review our service policies below: • Booking & Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment date and time. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute changes may result in a fee. • Walk-Through Approval: We encourage all clients to complete a walk-through before and after service to confirm satisfaction. • Correction Policy: If any area was unintentionally missed, please notify us within 24 hours and we will gladly address it. • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not provided once service has been completed. • Condition of Property: Homes with excessive dirt, buildup, clutter, or heavy-duty cleaning needs may require additional time and fees. • Safety & Access: Please ensure safe access to the property and secure pets prior to service.
