What’s Included: ✔ Everything included in our Standard Cleaning ✔ Detailed cleaning of baseboards, trim & edges ✔ Deep scrubbing of sinks, tubs, showers & toilets (removal of soap scum, buildup, and residue) ✔ Thorough bathroom sanitation (including behind & around fixtures) ✔ Removal of dust & buildup from vents (return vents only) ✔ Window sills, doors & frames spot-cleaned ✔ Detailed floor cleaning (edges, corners & high-traffic areas) ✔ High dusting (ceiling corners, cobwebs, reachable vents & fixtures) Service Note: Deep cleaning is designed to remove built-up dirt, grime, and allergens from areas that are often overlooked. Results depend on the condition of the home. Heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or extreme conditions may require additional time and cost. Val’s Clean Up Policy Guide ✨ At Val’s Clean Up LLC, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality cleaning services with professionalism and care. To ensure the best experience for every client, please review our service policies below: • Booking & Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment date and time. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute changes may result in a fee. • Walk-Through Approval: We encourage all clients to complete a walk-through before and after service to confirm satisfaction. • Correction Policy: If any area was unintentionally missed, please notify us within 24 hours and we will gladly address it. • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not provided once service has been completed. • Condition of Property: Homes with excessive dirt, buildup, clutter, or heavy-duty cleaning needs may require additional time and fees. • Safety & Access: Please ensure safe access to the property and secure pets prior to service.
